Terms and Conditions 1. General All orders for products and services on the Ptmwholesale website are accepted subject to these terms and conditions of sale. No other terms will apply to the supply of products and services by (Ptmwholesale) unless agreed in writing by an authorised signatory of Ptmwholesale. All descriptions of the products and services contained on Ptmwholesale website or otherwise communicated to the Customer are approximate only and shall not form any part of the contract between Ptmwholesale and the Customer. Ptmwholesale may correct any errors in its website without liability to the Customer. The advertising of products and services in the Ptmwholesale website merely constitutes an invitation by Ptmwholesale for the Customer to make an offer to purchase products and services. These terms and conditions do apply to export transactions in Europe & bound Ptmwholesale is a business-to-business supplier. The Ptmwholesale website is intended for use by business customers and not for consumers or private individuals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions of sale shall affect the statutory rights of a Customer who deals as a consumer. 2. The prices of the products and services are as set out in Ptmwholesale website that is current at the date of despatch. Products which are stocked by Ptmwholesale will be sold at the prices set out in the relevant quotation supplied by Ptmwholesale All prices exclude VAT, which Ptmwholesale will add at the rate applicable at the date of despatch. Ptmwholesale reserves the right to change them without prior notice at any time. 3. Ordering Ptmwholesale reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person. In addition, Ptmwholesale may decline to accept any order, whether or not payment has been received, by giving notice of non-acceptance to the Customer by telephone, email or facsimile within a reasonable period of receipt by Ptmwholesale of the order. Ptmwholesale executes orders to the Customer's requirements, and does not substitute one product for another unless requested by the Customer, or unless the product has been superseded by the latest version. To the extent that orders cannot be fulfilled completely from stock, the unfulfilled balance will (at the Customer's option) either be put on back order to be fulfilled when Ptmwholesale next has available stock or be cancelled. 4. Payment is Strictly prior to despatch of goods ordered, the goods will not leave Ptmwholesale until payment has been received by either, bank transfer, paypal, cheque or postal order, patrasys and also cleared. When you have payed for an item on your bank statement will say PATRASYS.COM this means that you have bought products from Ptmwholesale Ltd website - www.Ptmwholesale.com 30-day credit is not available nor will be available from Ptmwholesale. Shipping most products are shipped by sign for delivery. The delivery service companys we use are DHL, EMS, ROYAL MAIL, UPS. Delivery times When you have bought your product it will take 5 days for your payment to clear and then 7 - 10 working days at the most untill you get your products. The total delivery time would be ten days at the very most. Refunds 1 - a - In the rare event that an item is faulty within 30 days you must post the items back to me and we will send you some new ones or give you a refund for the cost of the product only. 1 - b - If your product is faulty after the 30 days You will have to send the item back to the manufacture . You will have to pay the postage costs to send the items back to the manufacture and the postage costs for the manufacture to send the new ones back to you. 1 - c - Damaged goods by post . If you get an item they has been damaged by post. You must check the products before signing for them. If you see that the box is damaged do not sign for the order. The delivery person will then send the products back to Ptmwholesale wholesale. 2 - a - When you send the item back and we see that there is nothing wrong with the product . We will then send it back to you or there will be a 20% restocking fee. the 20% will be off the total cost of the products. We will email you and let you know if the product is working and you will have 24 hours to respond with an answer . If you dont answer, the refund will be given with the 20% taken off. 2 - b - If you send a product back and its not what you wanted. You simply didnt like the products and you had the products within 7 days. you can send it back and there will be a restocking fee of 20%. The 20% will be taken off the cost of the item only and postage costs in not refundable. 3- a - If the customer has made an order of a product, with agreement with the customer i can have products shipped directly from china or from UK to them. However if the products are stopped by customs and they apply a charge for the release of goods then the customer would have to cover those charges before i get the product shipped to them from UK. If however the product is stopped by customs by their country and require further payments, then the customer would have to cover that. Its a customs cost that has to be covered by customer. As if they had ordered the item themselves then it would have been the same process. 3 - b - The customer if however decides that he wants a refund and no longer wants the products, then they will be given refund minus the cost of the what the customs charge for the release. This is due to the stock coming to me and i would have to pay to cover the cost of the goods. the refund is given to the customer minus the customs cost of the release for the product and also minus the admininstration cost of 20% of the total amount paid. Refunds for Overseas Customers 1 - 0 - The terms and conditions are the same as above . But when you send products back to the UK. You must write on the package Faulty Goods . If you forget to write this on the package and we get import charges. This will be taken off the cost of the products plus a 20% restocking fee. Terms and Conditions for Websites Agreement By registering for a WEBSITE account, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations regarding our service. Force Majeure A force majeure event is any event beyond the reasonable control of Ptmwholesale (including strikes, traffic congestion, the downtime of any external line, or Ptmwholesale's inability to procure services, materials or articles required for the performance of the contract except at enhanced prices). If Ptmwholesale is prevented or restricted from carrying out all or any of its obligations under these terms and conditions of sale by reason of any force majeure event, then Ptmwholesale shall be relieved of its obligations during the period that such event continues, and shall not be liable for any delay and/or failure in the performance of its obligations during such period. If the force majeure event continues for a period longer than fourteen days, Ptmwholesale may cancel the affected order or cancel the whole or any part of these terms and conditions of sale, without any liability to the Customer.
